My friend told me this story and I laughed for about ten minutes straight because I have a sick mind. This is a true story but I don't know the people that this story is about.
Once upon a time, this guy wanted to ask this girl to prom, so he rented a live goat (mistake number one). He put a sign on the goat that said "will you goat to prom with me?" (This is my new favorite thing because I love puns.) He then left the goat unattended on the girl's front porch (mistake number two).
The goat wandered into her backyard...and there was a canal in her backyard...and the goat fell in the canal and died. So then the girl finds this dead goat in her backyard with the sign "will you goat to prom with me?" on it, and she thought that was all meant to happen, and she was so creeped out by it that she texted him no.

P.P.S. rentagoat.com is a real website. We looked it up. And it's also not a good way to get that girl you've always liked to go to prom with you.
